The Instructor will endeavour to inform the Student of this intention for the test to be rescheduled without loss of test fee. The Instructor will not be liable for loss of the Student's documentation or any loss of test fees if the Student is not successful in passing the eyesight test or the driving test. However, the Instructor will take responsibility for loss of test fees if the test is cancelled due to the condition of the vehicle. No responsibility can be taken for tests cancelled by the DVSA due to adverse weather or any other reason.
